This period does not differentiate significantly from the previous one as far as pictorial elements are concerned, but I believe it is characterized by preparing the following period. Some artworks painted over wrinkled canvas stand out, as well as a renovated interest in drawing. I also made a new installation —Reflexiones con texto y fuera de contexto—so complex that it could only be preserved partially. It is about a reflection on my own artistic future.
On the other hand, in 2000 El arte en cuestión was published; this book is a collection of conversations I had with the conceptual artist Horacio Zabala.
